The CCSCDC promotes home ownership in this primarily Hispanic, Latino portion of Milwaukee’s South Side. Home ownership is key to building a strong community. Homeowners and owner occupied rental buildings keep money in the community. Residents remain committed to activities that are important to the health and welfare of their neighborhoods.

For first time homeowners, particularly minorities, the process can be overwhelming, discouraging people from taking the first step. Cream City South will work as your partner guiding and advising first time home buyers from the beginning of the process until the mortgage is secured.
